Lokmanya Tilak High School, (Marathi: लोकमान्य टिळक उच्च विद्यालय) (often referred to as LTHS), is an English medium school located in Tilak Nagar, Chembur in Mumbai, India. It is affiliated to Maharashtra SSC Board, [2] began operating in 1967, drawing its students mainly from middle class families in the area around Tilak Nagar. A semi-government School, it is owned by Tilak Nagar Education Society and managed by the Government of Maharashtra. The school derives its name from the Indian Freedom Fighter Sri Lokmanya Balgangadhar Tilak(1856–1920).

The school building have two floors. The ground floor consists of 8 classrooms and Primary school Principal office. The first floor consists of Secondary Principals cabin and an office with around four class rooms. It also includes Audio visual class, Science laboratory, Computer lab, and a library.
The second floor includes seven class rooms, of which three are recently built. Grounds are not present within the school premises because of space limitations; however, the adjacent Municipal Ground is used for the Sports and Annual Sports Day activities. Tilak Nagar police station is adjacent to the school premises.
Subjects taught include English as a First Language, Marathi as a Second Language, Hindi, Sanskrit, History, Geography, Algebra, Geometry, and Science.
The school organizes Annual Day, Annual Sports Day, and sports events. Students represent the school in inter-school activities including sports, drawing competitions, elocution and essay writing competitions, dance and quiz competitions, and scouting & Guiding. The school also has an NCC group.
"'LEARNING LEADS TO LIGHT'". The school motto refers to lightening the darkness in society through the medium of education.
